SEAFOAM SPRAY
SEAFOAM SPRAY
Sea Foam Spray is a blend of petroleum based cleaning and lubricating ingredients that can be used SAFELY in all types of 2 and 4 stroke petrol engines. Especially important for modern GDI engines, it cleans critical areas of the upper engine that fuel cleaners can't reach.
Apply Sea Foam Spray through the fuel injection throttle bodies to clean harmful deposits from the intake valves and combustion areas. Use Sea Foam Spray to misting engines and coat spark plug cavities to protect the engine during storage.
Sea Foam Spray does not contain harsh cleaners or abrasive chemicals that can damage your engine or fuel system components. Help your engine run cleaner and last longer!

ADVANTAGES
- Sea Foam Spray is specially designed to clean harmful deposits from intake valves and combustion chambers
- Very important for cleaning GDI intake valves
- Helps your engine run cleaner and last longer
- Safe and easy to use, requires no special tools!
INDICATIONS
- FOR DIESEL INJECTION
- Start the engine to warm up the intake, then shut off the accessories and shut the engine off.
- Loosen and remove the intake gasket from the throttle body.
- With the Hook Guide and Flush Tube positioned in the throttle body, route the end of the nozzle tube ¼" forward of the throttle plate location where the throttle plate opens away from the nozzle.
- Re-hook the intake gasket over the Hook Guide and throttle body.
- With vehicle in park and parking brake applied, crank engine and maintain RPM at 2,000 for duration of application.
Fire continuously until contents are empty (approximately 7 minutes), then shut off engine and remove intake gasket to retrieve Hook Guide and Hose.
- With the engine off, clip the intake gasket back onto the throttle body and let the engine cool for 10 minutes.
- After cooling down, start and drive the vehicle under load for 10 minutes or more.
- Apply an animated boost to burn off the residual hydrocarbons.
- DO NOT shoot into the mass flow sensor.
- DO NOT use a scan tool to raise RPM via the air bypass valve.
- Not suitable for diesel air intake systems.
- FOR CARBURETTOR INJECTIONS
- Start the engine to warm up the intake, then shut off.
- Remove the air filter to access the carburetor throat.
- With the air filter removed, start the engine and place the hose nozzle into the throat of the carburetor.
- Depending on engine size, use 60 mL to 120 mL bursts to avoid engine blockage.
- Fire a long burst, shut off the engine and let it cool for 10 minutes.
After cooling, start and run the engine for 10 minutes or more.
- FOR ENGINE MISTURNING
- With the engine running, insert the Sea Foam spray tube (possibly cut to shorten) into the intake throat (if carburetor) or directly before the valve plate opening (if fuel injection).
- Make a series of 3-5 shots, then one final straight shot while turning off the engine. For larger engines such as cars with a carbureted intake, use 6 pumps.
- After misting the intake, allow the engine to cool and remove the spark plugs.
- Insert the Sea Foam spray tube to spray each cavity of the cylinder.
- Before reinserting the spark plugs, crank the engine to rotate the pistons (turn the key or pull the rope for small engines).
- Note: Deep Creep and Sea Foam Spray are interchangeable for chamber lubrication.
